We will define

A description of the project: We’ll start with a loose description of everything you want including the size, colors, materials, subject matter, and other details of the composition.

Payment Agreement: I usually request 25% upfront and the rest once the artwork is finished.

 Creative Process: This is where I’ll detail my requirements. For example, if you want a landscape, I may ask you to send several clear images of the place you have in mind. Also, this is the part where we will arrange how often you’ll receive visual updates and in what format.

Copyrights: It’s important to mention that even when you purchase a piece, I still retain legal rights to it. I may want to include an image of the artwork on my website. If there’s a reason why you don’t want the art piece to be featured please let me know.

 Shipping Strategy: If you live nearby I will deliver, otherwise we can figure it out between us. I ship across North America and Europe.

Timeline: We can discuss timelines that work for both of us.
